AV revolution 2007 : High End Audio Expo - Bangalore

January 26th was the opening day of AV revolution 2007, a high-end audio and visual expo. in Bangalore. The expo. was open for next two days (27 and 28 Jan) also. I would say the expo. was a grand success, as you can see each and every brand of audio systems demonstrated in the venue.

Pioneer brands such as JAMO, Denon, JBL, KEF, Polk Audio, KICKER, Morel, Creative, DLS, Sonodyne, Chord and harman/kardon were leading the show. PRO FX had setup a listening room demonstrating the Denon, KEF and Chord systems. You could find "latest in India" receivers from Denon such as: AVR - 1507, AVR - 1907 and home theatre packages such as: SYS-76HT and MONITOR 50.

JBL is exhibiting so called, BlockBuster package with warning " Not for the weak-hearted". This package includes:

  • harman/kardon: AVR 635.
  • JBL E 90: Front speakers, 225W, 3 Way Floorstanding.
  • JBL E 10: Surround Speakers, 100W, 2 way, Wall mountables (2 pairs).
  • JBL EC 35: 150 W centre speakers.
  • JBL E 250P: 250W active subwoofer.

Other packages, that excites you with the great sound were: CinemaSurround5, 7Deadly SINS plus and 7th Heaven.

Nakamichi (japan) systems, and BOSTON systems were displayed by bangalore based dealer, AUTO PLANET. Few of the displayed systems were, SoundSpace 10 Home Theatre System and SS12MKII from Nakamichi and MR110, MR120 etc. from BOSTON.

The best of all, your heart starts pounding, at the entrance!!! You will see THREE cars fully loaded with KICKER and Morel car audio systems. A must watch for a car audiophile and of course, these systems never let you go un-noticed!.
